The Marauders were lucky to have forms that could easily blend in to the English wilderness. Imagine how weird it would be if James turned into an elephant or Sirius into a dolphin.
And we wonder why our parents are so protective, it’s because of all the bad stuff that happens to good people. They are literally fearful for our lives. The scary part is that it could have been me and it could have been you, but it wasn’t and for that I am thankful.
